The word ‘loquacious’ is an adjective used for someone who is very talkative or likes to talk a lot. A loquacious person talks very fluently and excessively. The word has its roots in Latin and was first used in the year 1663. For example:

Your friend is too loquacious and that annoys me to the core.

Our new customer care executive is such a loquacious young girl.

I like being quiet and get annoyed by excessively loquacious people.
