Have some questions about Classes?

Q: Can I schedule my classes according to my convenience?

A: Yes. Your classes will be scheduled at a time convenient to you. We run batches in the morning as well as at night. Once you make the payment, we will call you to confirm your batch timings.

Q: What additional help will I get in addition to online classes?

A: You will get full access to our Online course for 3 months which is worth Rs 600. Online courses would include grammar course, spoken English course, vocabulary course, all regional language courses, writing exercise etc.

Q: How do mobile classes work?

A: If you choose to take mobile classes, you will be able to join classes through your mobile or landline. Our teachers will be calling you so that you do not have to incur any additional cost.

Q: How many students will be there in my class?

A: For group classes, our class size is very small with a maximum of 3 students. Having a small class size helps students speak more and get more attention from teachers. For 1-on-1 classes, it will be just you with the teacher.

Q: What if I am unable to attend a particular class?

A: If you cannot attend a particular class, you can let us know 12 hours in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. We will reschedule your class so that you are able to complete your full quota of classes.

Q: How do online classes work?

A: Our online classes are audio (not video) classes that are conducted over Skype. You would require Headphones and Mic in working condition to participate in these classes.
