LLS uses information for customizing the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our Services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal purpose and external clients.
Additional information such as your progress in completing tasks set by the Product, audio data disclosed by the User when interacting with the Application, etc, is collected and stored by us, solely for the improvement and development of the Product.
To avail of any services We offer or to buy products on the App or the Website, We will need to collect certain financial information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing address ("Financial Information"). Financial Information that is collected is used to check your qualifications for registration, to bill you for products and services, and for other purposes. - Contacts – to allow you to know which friends of yours are also using the App
- Microphone – to allow you to access the speaking exercises
- Storage – to upload the image to set as profile picture and download the audio files
- SMS - to allow you to invite your friends to use the App. SMS will only be sent with your consent and may be chargeable as per the rates set by your service provider
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
User-generated content refers to any non-personal data that you, the User creates while using the application. In the App environment, this includes the audio recordings and text generated by you. We use such data to improve the Product, conduct assessments, and recommend further practice to you. We also use such data anonymously to provide conversational practice to other users. Please read our Terms of Service to know the conditions governing the use of user-generated content.
